AHADAY has been working closely with the top global merchants from all over the world to source and curate the most unique products on the market at the best prices and quality for our customers. We choose to establish relationship with trusted suppliers to bring in a collection of trending products.
Therefore, you do not have to drive around to retail shops, or take time to search for thousands of different websites to get ideas of hot selling, and compare prices as well.
As a result, your orders can be shipped via our partnership with USPS from any countries manufacturing the products including Thailand, China, Tibet, India, Vietnam, etc.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING NUMBER

When you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel order or make changes in your shipping information in the same day you placed your order, preferably by mid-night. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping, which normally takes 4-10 business days. When the processing time is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email including tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, you just simply click on URL tracking link provided. Tracking information may not be available yet for the first couple of days due to it can take time to be updated among logistics systems. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure that such process is normal and it will not affect your expected delivery arrival date.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders from the US: Delivery time is approximately 2-4 weeks since the shipping date, depending on how strict the Customs in your State is.

Orders from outside the US: Delivery time is approximately 4-6 weeks since the shipping date, depending on how strict the Customs in your Country is.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your cancellation policy?

You have 6 hours within your purchasing date to cancel your order and receive a refund according to "Cancel Order" terms in our policy. In order to cancel order, you need to send an email to us with subject line "Cancel order #, paid at MM-DD-YY". We will reply you and confirm your cancellation if acceptable.

You cannot cancel your order after the Shipping Confirmation email is sent. meaning that the item has been shipping out and we will not be able to issue a refund.

What is the return policy?

If your product is damaged, defected or missing before you receive, please kindly send an email to us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with order #” and attach images or videos to describe the status of product. By this way, we can immediately look into the problems, finding out the reasons in order to send you a new one to make compensation.

The return policy will be applied to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems only. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.

We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping fee is to be paid by the Buyer.
