All items in store may take 2 to 5 business days to be processed. 

Processing time depends on each product together with its demand, manufacturing capacity, packaging periodically.
Factors such as delayed logistics, customs clearings, bad weather conditions, holidays, peak seasons may have an impact on the delivery time. Therefore, we can only give you an estimate of delivery time. 
Please add processing time to the estimated shipping time to expect the arrival date.

We are not responsible for the parcels undelivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect information in destination. 
Please make sure that you enter any details in shipping information exactly when checking out. If you realize you have made a mistake or typo, do not worry. Just simply and quickly notify us through support@ahaday.com 
as soon as possible. Any corrections should be done before tracking number is provided. However, kindly understand that if your order has left our warehouse to be shipped out, it is out of our control to fix the problem.

AHADAY is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

AHADAY is not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the package arrives in the destination country but cannot be delivered successfully due to:

  • The customer refuses to receive the package for any reasons,
  • The carriers have made a number of attempts to deliver the package. 

    AHADAY reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund afterwards.

    How much is shipping fee?

    We give you minimum shipping rates based on your specific orders. Free shipping is offered for orders over a certain amount.

    For giveaway items, the customer will be charged insured shipping & handling which varies from location to location.

    Do you ship products internationally?

    Yes, AHADAY serves as a global provider catering to customers all over the world. 

    If I order multiple products, can they be shipped in the same package?

    It depends on the weight of each item. In some cases, we have to separate the items into some parcels to avoid overweight parcel charges as well as reduce shipping delays for our valued customers.

    I have put down the wrong shipping info/ chose wrong size/variant/model! What should I do? 

    Prevention is the best protocol for this scenario.
    Please triple check that all information submitted is correct when you place an order. If anything is in error, please contact support@ahaday.com at your earliest convenience so that we could be notified to correct the mistakes. As our products can be processed in the same day of your purchase, we cannot know exactly and guarantee your order details are correct totally. All customers will be subjected to re-purchasing the wanted items if any errors cannot be fixed after shipping confirmation.

    I didn't cancel my order. Why it was cancelled?

    Occasionally, an item sells out quickly and we do not have it in stock, then we may need to cancel your order. Under any circumstances that your item is unavailable, AHADAY will notify you by email and you can freely choose either get full refund or accept to wait for the item to be back in stock.
